About our Chefs
Executive Chef Erin Eastland
Cube Executive Chef Erin Eastland attended New York's French Culinary Institute.  After earning her Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts, French Technique with honors, she moved on to work as a Pastry Chef, Catering Manager, and Catering Chef before moving to Los Angeles in 2005.  Erin has worked as Executive Chef at Cube since our cafe opened in 2006.  At Cube, Erin oversees all food preparation, and the weekly creation of seasonal, regional Italian inspired menus that continue to win accolades from local and national press alike.
 

Pastry Chef Jun Tan
Jun Tan was born and raised in the Philippines, to a family of bakers.  He attended the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, earning a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management before moving to California at age 20.  Upon relocating to Los Angeles, Tan earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of California.  After completing his studies, Tan moved on to work as a Pastry Chef at some of Los Angeles' top hotels and catering companies.  He joined the staff at Cube in 2007 as Pastry Chef, overseeing the weekly creation of seasonal dessert menus.  In 2010, Tan was voted Runner-Up Pastry Chef of the Year by Angeleno Magazine for his work at Cube.
